I’ve led complex service delivery and digital transformation projects and worked extensively with on-site, disbursed, and virtual teams. My expertise includes Lean Management Greenbelt certification, project and portfolio management, and guiding startups, non-profits, and established businesses to optimize processes, scale, grow, and solve critical problems. I’ve built companies and real estate communities, coached sports, and led businesses and leaders to obtain mission-critical objectives and goals. As a process engineer, I love making the invisible visible and demonstrating why “getting into the weeds” is where the magic and greatest gains and outcomes can be achieved.
